The project was done under the NUS Google Student Developers Club and was done as a proof of concept on the revamp of the donation system.

The Project Care2Give is made possible with a strong partnership with Caregiver’s Alliance Limited (CAL), a non-profit organization in Singapore, dedicated to meeting the needs of caregivers of persons with mental health issues through education, support networks, crisis support, tailored services and self-care enablement.

The priority and the focus of the ideation and lofi design stage was the analytics screen as this allowed us to engage with the stakeholder directly and get feedbacks on the important statistics that need to be shown. Two different version of the analytics was created with the primary focus being ease of switching between the campaigns.

One of the key stakeholder requests was the ability to host a built-in donation manager within the CMS tool. Their current process required manually exporting and handling CSV files and the lofi design hoped to provide a smoother operational experience through filter and sorting features.

One of the biggest use case that was missing in the lofi design process was the sub-campaigns which are essential to the stakeholder's strategy and hence, a way to show both the main campaign and sub-campaigns in the analytics page was needed.
